BIO

I was born in Texas and raised in Los Angeles, California. As a child my parents expose me to the arts. My mother was a Teacher. One day she gave me a pencil and paper and told me to go and draw something. I wasn't in school yet, then I move up to crayons, then paint. This is how I got into art! I'm thankful for my parents existence on the earth for exposing me to the arts and spirituality.

I'm a self-taught artist at a young age. My educational background, Interior Design at Long Beach City College, Long Beach, California. QC College in Canada for Redesign. I've Studied Art and Art History. I'm still learning about Art and Photography. I believe you never stop learning!

As a Designer I see objects, lamps, furniture, textile and rugs as art.! To go in one's home or a business and see no art on the walls! So incomplete! That's how I became a full time artist.

In 2007 I made my first attempt to go public with my art. Now, I do my art full time and loving it. Painting is a refuge for me, where I can reflect on the things that gives me inspiration and joy.

My influences are: God, Architecture, Textile, Movies, Music, Literature, Nature, and Life Experiences.
